My son, wife, and I did a factory tour. I have seen the model homes and wanted to see how they are built.
The tour was excellent we had lots of questions and got great answers. The production line is well played out and I was very impressed with their build process. They have quality inspection at most of the installation positions on the line. It is very clear that they are serious about build quality. I was also impressed at the way that they have incorporated innovation in their design and execute it on the assembly line.

We went on the tour today just to confirm we were doing the right thing to go with a manufactured home. Kit is really the only option for us. The tour highlighted the extra care taken to ensure the home travels well and remains a solid beautiful home for years to come. Great company with a rich history of building excellent products that stand the test of time! I have a 1994 Kit Companion 30GF that is still traveling and in great shape built right here in Caldwell.
