Very friendly and approachable coaches. Great spacious and modern facility with everything you need. They have great workout programming that really focuses on a planned approach to growing fitness vs random workouts. Lots of friendly people and really enjoy visiting.

This is the best CrossFit Gym in the Treasure Valley. I drive from Meridian to Caldwell to work out there. The facility is in excellent condition and well-maintained. I'm new to CrossFit, and the coaches are friendly, motivating, and highly knowledgeable. The owners are actively engaged in the day-to-day and clearly passionate about creating the best CrossFit experience. I highly recommend CrossFit Canvas.
