Joining CrossFit canvas was a turning point for me. Just prior to signing up, I was starting to change my unhealthy habits and work towards a better version of myself, but I felt somewhat lost in what to do for exercise. I knew I liked the CrossFit style workouts, but didn’t know how to program them. Having access to the best programming, top notch equipment, and knowledgeable and supportive trainers is invaluable and has taken me to a new level of fitness I’ve never had before. Not to mention the bonus of having such a tight knit community that cares, supports, encourages and inspires me every day!

CrossFit Canvas is the best gym in the Treasure Valley and the nicest facility I have ever seen. The owners, Jon and Abi, are the sweetest people you will meet and make you feel right at home the second you step in the doors. They are super involved everyday at the gym and have cultivated a strong community among the members. All the coaches are knowledgeable and so helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to call home.

CrossFit Canvas is the absolute best. From the moment I walked in almost three years ago, I was immediately greeted by the owners, Jon and Abi and instantly felt welcomed. The brand new home of CrossFit Canvas is the nicest CrossFit gym I have ever seen and it is always impeccably clean and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the amazing community is like none other. Don't let anything hold you back from checking out this incredible gym. You won't regret it.
