We’re so beyond pleased and would recommend to everyone around. We had been quoted a repair on our AC by a competitor that was a little high with no fixing or repair so we contacted Carter comfort they showed up same day and fixed up our AC for the weekend so we were comfortable no questions ask and will be returning the next weekday with repair parts to make the repairs long lasting and to protect our system, the price/issue wasnt what the competition was trying to charge us not even close… comfort care is caring and honest, here to help truly fix the problem not to make an extra few bucks off their costumers. I’m newer to town (not from out of state) so we were nervous and didn’t know who to work with and by now working with a few companies in the treasure valley Carter Comfort are our guys!!! We won’t be going to anyone else!!
