The Caldwell VA Clinic is a nice, new facility as of 2024. The staff is friendly and fairly responsive to calls and messages. Due to the ongoing construction, access to the center can be a bit confusing, but it's recommended to go to D&B and cross their parking lot to reach the clinic. Patients have expressed being impressed with the attentive and kind staff, who provide great care and are respectful towards veterans.
Overall, the Medical Care I have received at the Caldwell VA Clinic for at least 6 or more years has been a positive experience. Appointments & labs are generally met timely and outsourcing when outside scope of facility has been diligent. There is always blips in any long-term professional relationship and circumstances arise that cause aggravation, but I rate mine with the Caldwell Clinic @ least a 4.4 ?

A family member just relocated here, he had an appointment today to become established in Idaho. Everyone we dealt with was attentive and kind. My family member was very impressed!
