I didn't have an appointment but they do walk ins and I waited a short 10 minutes.
They are cash only so be prepared ahead.
I can honestly say Jenn is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She took her time, did not rush and is very detail oriented. She was pleasant to talk with and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much Jenn! I will return!
Honestly the only complaint really is it can be a bit expensive depending on what you ask for, but if you value quality then it is totally worth it. They did an amazing job and fixed anything we didn't like. Make sure you make an appointment though because they are super busy. You will most likely still have to wait, but at least you'll be seen. Vicki is the absolute best! There isn't a design she can't do.
My nails and toes are very well done. My reason for only a four star rating is about ambience. If that is not a big deal to you, then this is your place. I cannot complain about the quality. However, ambience was poor. The salon has two TV's on the walls opposite each other and neither show was in English - so a bit chaotic. No one asked how my day was going or conversed with me in any way, which was disappointing. A lot of the reason I choose a salon is for how relaxing & friendly it feels. This one felt a bit unwelcoming. I would go back for the quality and give them another shot, maybe it was a bad day. Ideally I want a friendlier salon though.
