Julie Anne is the most amazing person to work with and very sweet and calming and very patient. I have a hearing problem and she is amazing on making sure I understand my loan. This is by far the coolest place to come and check out.

I moved to Idaho about 5 years ago.
I love everything about Idaho and above all I love the people. I love the community in Burley and Rupert.
Today I was assisted by two shining examples of the quality of persons I see so richly populate this area.
Kristine and JulieAnne at the Burley office were magnificent!
They were of course exceedingly helpful but even more than that they were just so warm and pleasant. We talked for the better part of an hour and not because of a long or arduous process but because it was just so natural and very pleasant!
Wonderful experience. Great Vibe. May not get you exactly what you need but they are neat girls. Watched a lady get denied in her loan and she was slightly upset. People need to understand they do not run the show and cannot just approve you there is factors that have to be taken into place when getting a loan ANYWHERE, so be kind. They will try to help you as much as you can. The Manager JulieAnne is very warming and sweet and Anai is always got a good smile and very pleasant as well.
