We had the best experience! You get what you pay for--- Our service tech Manny was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! He showed up on time and went to work. He educated me on our new homes system including Full HVAC with humidifier system and gas fireplace. He did research on our system and found answers and got it operating at its fullest. And he was tidy while he worked. Thanks Manny!
Thank you Element Heating for coming to the rescue on one of the hottest days we've had so far. My air conditioner was not working and the young man that came to check it out and repair it was polite, very courteous and very conscientious.
