“Our house recently flooded at 5am on a Wednesday, when we called elite as soon as we could, I was worried it was going to take awhile but they were quick to get an amazing team here and clean up the water quickly and to walk us through what to do next and who to contact. Pete, Tristan, and Zack were efficient, thorough, and clean. Pete informed us of our damage with professionalism, kindness, and positivity. They were a great team to work with and have in our home. “Scott Redder is the man! He asked about our flooding and said it sounded like it could probably wait until the next day, I asked why and he told me that he was happy to get a crew over that night but I could save the after hours fee if I waited till morning. He was there first thing in the morning with a crew. He even stopped by on Sunday in his Sunday best to see how the dehydration was going and bring some extra fans. Price was more than fair. I won't ever go anywhere else...hope I don't need their services again, haha.“
