I just walked out without my Rx. After waiting 4 min at the counter with 4 employees working, one went over to the other 3 and the began discussing who was going to help me. After a couple minutes of discussion, including "you already graduated from pharmacy school" and "i only make $17something an hour" the one employee not wearing white came over to me to tell me they are "fighting over who gets to help me" and she laughed. She the went over and started rolling down the partition in fron of where she was sitting and said :sorry, im not going to help you. Most deseases cure themselves anyway.". Pharmacist at this particular pharmacy refused to administer healthy vaccine to customer with dr recommendation, based on her distorted beliefs about the vaccine. She cancelled his appointment. Not her call. She needs to be terminated immediately, If not, Customers may want to immediately support any other store in the area. Appalling.

This month, I wanted to call ahead to make sure I wouldn't have this same issue. Pretty reasonable right? My script is supposed to be ready tomorrow. I called yesterday during business hours, not during their lunch, no one answered. I called and called close to 8 times. No one answered. Today I went to call again. I called them from 10:30am-11:30am. I kept hitting 3 to be transferred to the pharmacist. No one answered. I tried calling again - sat on their automated voice system for 48 minutes. No answer.
