Got our taxes done back in February and it is now November. Tomorrow will be 9 months to the date of filing and haven’t seen our returns or verification that they’ve been filed. Have tried calling numerous of times and when they do answer it’s “I will have him call you back” and never get a phone call back. Other times they won’t answer the phone and their voicemail box isn’t set up to leave a message. Second year in a row using Layton's accounting and second year in a row that we have been told we should receive our taxes a few weeks after they have been filed. Went to get our taxes done in February, it is now August, we still haven't received verification that they have even been filed. We should be getting a refund of over $5,000. He won't answer phone calls and voice mail isn't set up or it's full.

These guys are the best! They have been doing work for me for over 10 years and have done a great job at a great price! Plus everyone there is polite, professional, and easy to work with. Five stars!
