They did such an incredible job on my ring here! I had ordered a custom piece from overseas and it wound up not being correctly sized for my diamond, but the jeweler skillfully was able to alter the setting and it came out beautifully! Darlene was also so kind in my phone calls back and forth while we discussed what to do. Overall, amazing customer service and very high quality work.

Darlene Larson, GemSource Jewelers, helped us design our wedding bands. They are perfect. She took the time to understand what we were looking to create and the symbolism of each item. She then spent hours looking for a wedding band set we could use as the base and then modified those to create the perfect set for us. Each detail is perfect.The diamond in my engagement was also secured through GemSource. I let her know exactly what I was looking for and she reviewed many stones before showing me the perfect stone. I LOVE this shop! Whether I'm looking for comercial "perfection" or a "just for me" custom creation, Darlene makes (jewelry) dreams come true! Everything I've bought here makes my heart sing! The new location is glorious!
