“What a wonderful experience I had with Jacqui yesterday evening for my first Reformer class. She was very motivating and helped me with my form. I felt welcomed when I walked into class not knowing anyone else in the room. I hadn't worked out in 2 months and felt just a little sore the following day so Reformer 1 was a fine choice as a beginner! I have already schedule my second and third class! I highly recommend this team for my pilates and yoga classes.”

“Incredible. Beth ranks as one of the best Yoga instructors I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. Beth brings a thoughtful and creative approach to every session. Her words and methods are rooted in core yoga teachings, but she breathes fresh light into each movement. I've never felt supported and simultaneously physically + emotionally challenged to this degree in a yoga studio before now. Highly recommend!”
