“We had a GREAT experience with Valley Tile & Floor. We recently replaced very old carpeting in our home with new, plush carpeting. It was a pleasure dealing with Randy, Barbara and their daughter. Each step of the process went so smoothly: from initial measuring, to the several trips in-store to choose sample carpet boards and through to the install process. The installers (team of two) were very professional, on time, neat with their work and did a re-do on a set of 3 carpeted steps. No questions asked, just sent someone out to fix the issue. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs. We are SO pleased with the job and their product, we're sorry we didn't do it sooner!“
