The staff at this facility was great. The problem I'm having is with the billing. I had my child pre-approved for testing before she started. I got a letter from my insurance that they were sending the wrong procedure code and we were not responsible for the charges. Then we got a bill a year later. I have had my insurance call twice and leave a message for there billing person. I still got another bill last week from them. I called my insurance again and they say they have no record that she summit another claim with the right code. What is the propose of going through the process of pre-approved if the person in billing doesn't know what there doing? I have tried...read full review

I have really appreciated working with RHS. All of the staff I have worked with at RHS have been great, everyone including front desk staff and nurses. I have worked with Whitney for medications and Brett for counseling for the last several years and they are the best mental health providers you could ask for. They have been life savers!
