“My daughter had 2 eye surgeries for amblyopia and strabismus before the age of 4.5. When she started school at 5, she immediately struggled. Those struggles increased every year until we took her out to homeschool her in 6th grade. She became more frustrated and fell further behind in spite of constant effort to learn. Finally after a friend posted about how vision therapy helped her child, I decided to give it a try. From the first appointment, Dr. Nielson told me he thought we were in the right place to get some help for her. Vision Therapy changed her life. She has been diagnosed with dyslexia and I suspect dyscalculia on top of her eye surgeries at a young age, but Vision Therapy has helped her body begin to work together again. She is now using both sides of her body more equally, I hadn't realized she wasn't, and she is unlocking new abilities every day! She is happier and more confident. She can see so much better and more wholly than before with her depth and magic Vision. I highly recommend coming in and having your child assessed if they're having struggles. It might change their life too.“
