Never had a bad experience here. This last time I made an appointment for myself and friends because I loved it here so much and it was closer to close. I was running late and have anxiety driving so was unable to call to let them know we’d be a little late, they gently reminded me for next time that if it happened to call and why they cap off appointments at a certain point before close. And they were still willing to do our nails! Cannot recommend them enough, even if the reminder made me a little more anxious than I was, haha.

The lady who did my daughters (who just turned 4) pedicure was so patient with her. She is very ticklish and squirmed all over the place, the lady just giggled and told her to hold still as much as she could. She talked her through the whole thing. She was also super gentle and she was never nervous about he nippers or clippers.My daughter absolutely loved it and asked to go again another time as soon as we left.Highly recommend!Service: Pedicure

I wish I got the name of the employee that helped me today. Honestly I’ve neglected my feet for awhile, and embarrassing to admit how bad the shape my feet were in. I always apologize for how bad my feet are when getting pedicures, but this employee went above and beyond with the “tropical treatment”. I haven’t been so pampered in a long time. Prices were upfront and the massage was so relaxing and needed! Not sure about the cameras and the lady just observing but everything else was top notch!
