“Heather (flora Jean) did an incredible job for my wedding weekend! Heather listened to exactly what I wanted for the wedding and she absolutely nailed it. My mom used to be a florist so I am super picky about flowers and what I like - Heather was up for the challenge and exceeded my expectations in every which way. For the rehearsal dinner, I gave Heather a little bit more free rein since I wasn’t as sure about what would look good with the room and the final product could not have matched the room and aesthetic any better. She does great with direction and she also does great with space to be creative. Since I had a long engagement I changed my mind on floral SO many times and Heather stayed so patient and professional, never getting irritated. Heather and her team were also lovely and so professional wedding day! I couldn’t recommend Flora Jean enough!!!“

“Got this for someone who had never recieved flowers before. The online photo looked wonderful. Went to pick it up right at closing and was sorely dissapointed to see it was a one half/sided bouquet. This was a siuation where this was the final night and moment I could give her these flowers and it just looks very bad for the occasion and they were closed by the time I got the flowers delivered. The website did not specify this is a one sided bouquet either. Its was just a sucker punch feeling in terms of dissapointment because of how much I wanted them to mean.

Minus the 1 star for lack of proper description online and the frustration it caused.

Taylor from the shop had reached out today and is super awesome. She has always been incredible and quick to help me with anything from the shop and today was no different in her actions. 5 stars to her. Been ordering from The Rose Shop for close to 10 years and will keep doing so thanks if not in part to the fantastic bouquets in the past. But also because of her fantastic customer service.“

“Shout out to Chance the cashier he saved the day. Saw that my finger was bleeding from getting stuff off the shelf and ask if I needed a bandage. Very observant being I didn't even notice myself it was bleeding. Very nice young man and a great asset to Albertsons. This may seem like a small courtesy to most but for me it showed he'd cared about his customers! Thank you Chance, wish more employees were like you!!“
