My wife and I won a date night package from a City of Ammon scavenger hunt that was donated by Ahhhsome Relaxation. We were able try 3 of their treatments today.
1. We did the fish bowl machine as it is referred to. You lay on your back and your feet are on a moving mechanism thus the name. You are also heated by infrared heat. This was an interesting experience, as it jostled me around a bit. But afterward I briefly had the sensation of floating on a cloud. I was warm and comfortable and it loosened up my back nicely.
