Falke Construction
“Had a roof cap blow off due to wind. Falke’s added a vented roof cap. They called the day of, and said they made a mistake and that our homes vents were in bad shape and they were going to replace them on their dime, as they should have caught it upon their initial inspection. They could’ve easily replaced and charged for them and not mentioned their small oversight. They also brought out a different color of shingle AFTER HOURS, because though I told them I didn’t mind if the shade was “close enough”, they paid their crew to sit and wait for the exact color match of the rest of the roof. That’s admirable, honest, and classy, in my book. The guys stayed til about 7:40 in the evening to be sure the job was complete. Highest marks for this company!”
