They are a scam business. Just do it yourself for free via any other provider the IRS provides. They tried telling me I can’t file any taxes, then I showed them the irs results saying I’m required to file and then Aaron Brandsfield switch up his statements saying I can file. They refused to mail me back my information even though it’s illegal to withhold it from me.
I have used Brandsfield CPA for year. Aaron does a great job doing our taxes every year. No surprises and he is always knowledgeable about changes to the tax code. I would highly recommend.
LACK OF COMMUNICATIONMy father suggested I go through Mr Brandfield since he does, and do I wish I didn’t. From the moment I first contacted him, went in and dropped off my paperwork, and picked up my finished paperwork, I was not contacted once. There is no communication. They did not use any of my write offs and left me owing $1,300. I had to refile because of them and waist 75 dollars for nothing.
