My husband has been to the clinic twice in the last 4 days. I've never had a issue with staff, but the last few times have not been the best experience. Last Thursday afternoon he was prescribed a medicine. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up after they told him it would be done in 20 minutes. This was over an hour later & it was still sitting over at the clinic. I had to go personally track it down & then wait another 30 minutes for the pharmacy to fill it. Fast forward to yesterday, I again brought home meds after being told he was getting prescribed new ones, brought them home & he freaked out because one of them was eye drops for ear pain. UPH Wilton clinic is a wonderful place to go for care. Every single person that works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best patient experience. My son was referred out to a specialist at the U of I who was impressed with the quality of care and testing Jason Thornburg provided prior to our referral. Both specialists noted that the care provided and tests ordered were exactly what they would have done and helped us to move through the process at the U of I quicker. We are so fortunate to have a high quality clinic with amazing providers in our little town!

Love this place. its so very nice to have quality care so close to home. The staff is courteous and friendly. Jason D Thornburg MPAS,PA-C, family practice physician in Wilton, Iowa is outstanding. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, timely, attentive and compassionate. I never felt rushed and I never have to wait long to get an appointment. An added bonus is Wester Drug is right next door. So I don’t have to go far to pick up my prescriptions.. I feel so blessed.
