Axis Vision Care in Williamsburg offers great service in a comfortable environment. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional, making patients feel at ease. They are especially good with children, ensuring their comfort and participation during exams. Patients appreciate the clear communication, honest guidance, and attentive care provided by the team. We started going here after my daughter no longer needed her eye specialist due to lazy Eye and her surgery. She is special needs and they are able to work with us and her abilities. Mr Courtney has special ways of checking her eyes it doesn't require the thing you put your head up to. Always polite. Scheduling is easy enough. They do sell glasses there but since I need flexible ones for my special needs daughter in adult size they have no issue that I purchase them elsewhere. They are not pushy.
From the time you enter the door to exit you are well taken care of. The staff all greet you with a smile, make sure your taken care of and help where it’s needed. The staff and Doctor go above and beyond to make sure you are alright. You all rock!
