This place and it’s people are wonderful. I live about an hour away and the drive was worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to take care of and strengthen their pelvic floor before and after having kids.

Breathe PT has helped me during my pregnancy and postpartum! The staff is so kind and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone who is looking to get support and prioritizing their physical health! The staff also loves on my baby while I’m at my appointments which has helped me so much in being able to go to my appointments!

I used Breathe for prenatal and postpartum care. My tailbone pain went from major to minimal with help from the wonderful therapists. I loved that the treatment sessions were individualized and each of the therapists made the PT experience so amazing. Beyond grateful to have exercises and stretches to maintain all the progress I made. Would 100% recommend!
