Before I started going to Amma, I couldn't stand very long or walk very far. After several months, I am beyond pleased. I am now back at my baseline and have no problems standing for long periods or walking a good distance. Thank you Chris!!

I've been going to Chris for years. He gives me a deep tissue massage and I couldn't be happier. It can be painful, but that is what I'm looking for. I look at this as necessary maintenance for my physical well-being. Highly recommend!

Chris is awesome ?? had been a while since I had a massage and having the physical demanding field I'm in for work I definitely needed one. Felt great after! And he's funny and easy to talk to. Felt like hanging out with one of my buddies. I'll be coming back and highly recommend!
