Recently restarted membership. Like this gym. Feel safe here, inside and out, and because it's part of the hospital complex, so if I get hurt or anything, help would be immediate. Staff are nice, knowledgeable, and always helpful and friendly. I have a pretty long way to go, but taking it one day at a time. I like to photo my progress. These are my start. Hopefully by 1 year from now will be up to 1 or 2 miles.
I enjoy going to the Fitness Center. Everyone is so nice. Also I like it because if anything were to happen I am right there close to doctors who can help. The trainers are always willing to help.
