An unexpected situation was made tolerable thanks to Ruth. After spending 5 minutes in her office it was clear that Ruth has 1,000 things going on at one time and handles them promptly with no bs.What could have turned into a catastrophe for me, was handled in a very honest and professional manner. She may not know it but, Ruth IS an angel. ?

Wow where do I begin? I had the worst experience with my insurance company getting me a towing service to come out and help me at my worst car moment. I was broke down on the side of the highway an hour from home. Car just totally screwed. The people at Beckman Towing were so kind and helpful. They handled getting GEICO to just pay for everything up front so I didn't have to wait for reimbursement. They also got it to the right repair shop on time like they promised. This was a late call at 12am. But it didn't seem like it even fazed them that I was calling. They were courteous and polite through the whole call. I wish I could give more stars!!! Way to go Beckman!!!!
