I can't believe this happened to me. I told her it hurt the 1st and 2nd vist but I just thought it was part of the process so I went back but this 3rd vist was the worst. I told her Mary that it hurt really bad with the 1st zap of the laser. And she kept going didn't stop till I started crying, then she turned off the radio frequency then it was tolerable but the damage was done on the 1st armpit. As you can see in the picture's I'm now left with scars. I did have a Dr. Take a look, he said I received 2nd and 3rd degree burns. And other professionals think she was in the wrong and had machine on way to high. I couldn't sleep or stop crying that day/night the pain...read full review

Mary was thorough about my procedure and comforting the whole time, so down to earth! Can't wait for my next appointment. She made my laser reduction as painless as possible and talked me through every step. Would definitely come here and check out more services she offers.
