Scott kept us informed of when he would arrive. Was quick to figure out what was wrong. The part came quicker than anticipated and Scott was able to come sooner as well and put the new part in. Thank you
Have a GE Elecric Range that appeared to lose power and would not turn on in anyway after we had tripped a breaker the weak before. Oven door springs were sprung.
Scott arrived early and after paying the $75 service fee went to work. Turned out the breaker for the range was off and so had no electricity. Scott got that straightened out and then went through the range and made sure everything was working. Scott was willing to order parts for the oven but it was not approved by the home insurance company. I need to talk to them about that.

The technician is timely, professional and personable. He could not find anything wrong but explained what to watch for if we have the issue again. We will continue using the machine and follow his advice should the issue reappear. Thank you. The questions below do not apply as this repair is part of a maintenance agreement which we are very happy with.
