I was able to get an appointment the same day I took my sister and her cat in. The staff was helpful and Dr. Moeller checked my cat Spencer and took a sample of his blood. It revealed a thyroid condition and Dr. Moeller explained methods of treatment and costs. I was very pleased with the explanations and the care my cat received.
As a brand new cat owner, I was more than a little panicked when my cat wasn’t eating and struggling to breathe less than a week after I got him. Waverly Vet was able to get him checked out less than an hour after I called. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and explained everything as they examined Louie. In and out in under an hour, and the price was way less than I expected!
Charlie and Louie were seen for their first Dr. Moeller well-puppy checks. We were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes by Rachel and Jodi. Dr. Moeller thoroughly examined Charlie and Louie, gave us specific information about our breed of puppies and we made a plan for future vaccinations and treatments. Olivia was great with the puppies and holding them during their vaccinations. Prior to leaving we were given a new puppy information goody bag that was full of great information.
