My son received some of the best care we have ever received from any ER or urgent care anywhere. The nurses and doctors were so on top of everything, took plenty of time with us, and made us feel very comfortable. They took the time do ask me how I wanted to proceed with everything, and explained things so well for whichever way we decided to go. They were all so thorough with the tests and explanations for everything. The staff that were there the evening of 4/13/26 should all know they did an amazing job. I had been having bleeding on the back side of my hands since I had over worked them and I'm on a blood thinner to make sure I don't incur another mini stroke. But for some reason that day, I apparently some how damaged my left thumb and really hurt all the way down to the wrist I had a sealed bandaid over the area where the skin had been broken, but I in late evening I notice obvious swelling to the center of the back side of my hand! That really scared me that there could be a serious infection and since it came on in just an hour or two, I decided I shouldn't wait to morning to seek medical help. We started in the walk in and were moved to the ER. From the moment we arrived everyone was very kind and helpful. They walked my daughter through everything they were doing. Kept us informed about next steps. We ended up being transferred due to her age. EMS staff kept things lighthearted to keep her calm. Thank you for everything!
