I was not as happy with my service this time. I got a pedi and I think since it was later in the day she took short cuts. I didn’t get to soak my feet before she started on trimming cuticles, which made it hurt, since my feet were not softened by soaking them first. And I find it more relaxing and enjoyable, to be able to soak my feet first before they start.

I’m from out of town visiting family, I came to this salon because it was the closest one to me. When I first walked in, I should’ve just turned around. This salon feels so dirty and gross. Everywhere you looked there was nail dust, spilled nail polish, and these nasty pillows they expected you to put your hands on. I was here for about 40 mins and I didn’t see one employee cleaning a station or tools. I don’t like being this person and talk down about a small business, but seriously a nail salon should feel clean.Service: Synthetic nail removal

2 stars because I liked the end result I asked for. way too expensive for the simple design I asked for. I had my nails for a week and they keep falling off. I had to buy a bottle of nail glue and glue them back on. and I pretty much used the whole bottle in 2 days because of how often they fall off. I'm just sad cause I loved the nails and now I have to constantly glue them on and now they look so bad. also they were very aggressive when filing me and my friends nails. they made my friend bleed. I also asked for my nails to be shorter and they didn't listen.Services: Acrylic nails
