Great customer service! Living on a gravel road my truck gets to be very dusty. Often times I have to run through any car wash twice. With that being said when Tommy Express employees saw my truck come in the second time they gave me a free wash.
I can not express how wonderful and caring people this carwash has been to me, just over the month. I had forgotten when i started my membership, so here I called and asked the lady she said it was yesterday, i said i needed to cancel, so here she immediately canceled. I am definitely going back after the winter season ends!!! Was treated with so much more respect in all way!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!
Great car wash, I like the open feeling of being able to see outside while getting the car washed. The track that pulls you along is also better than most of these other car washes, you just drive on to it and go and don't need someone to direct you into their little conveyor.
