The staff here is as good as it gets! I had right knee replacement last year and I am getting ready to have my left one done in December. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any physical therapy. All of the staff here are great. My physician Brittany has been beyond amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her as well! What a blessing.

I have been receiving physical therapy from Brittany Kleinschmit at MercyOne Waukee Physical Therapy. Ms. Kleinschmit is patient, understanding, observant and very well trained, with a Clinical Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She has shown an understanding of not only the routine exercises, but what allowances have to be made for previous disability. Not only does she show and describe the exercises, but provides clear printouts of the exercises to take home.The physical therapy room is well set up. Insurance billing is very efficient. The office staff has been very polite. The waiting area is kept clean, neat and well lit.I am extremely pleased with the process...read full review
