This was one of the best haircut experiences I've had. I donate my hair when it gets long and it's hard to find people willing to do such a drastic haircut. I appreciate that they didn't try to talk me out of it and were very supportive. They also seem good at a variety of haircuts and ages of people served. The place was also clean and efficient. I wish I picked a less busy time to go (had about an hour wait) but they were quick seeing people.
The app wasn't working properly. I got there early but had been dropped from the system. Definitely try to get there earlier in the day, they're very busy because everyone wants to go there.
Came in for a quick neck trim and while I was waiting I noticed a little kid was getting his hair cut and he seemed a little nervous- the lady cutting his hair did an amazing job being calm and helping him and showing him everything she was gonna do before she did it- was unsure of her name but she had tattoos and a rose on her hand! It was super sweet to see!
