After UPS Lost my $957 shipment fromDallas County Parts aside from sending tracking number after several requests Dallas County Parts failed to communicate with me other than a couple curt texts. I repeatedly requested a phone call to sort out to no Avail.To date I have still not been reimbursed or received a call and am Now out $957. Yes UPS lost the shipment but the Shipper Dallas County Parts who received a credit from UPS Long ago left me out of pocket with zero assistance or reimbursement. I view this equivalent to theft by Dallas County Parts and am stunned they couldn’t pick up the phone to resolve. They are an eBay seller who seemingly wants no connection with...read full review
