I had my massage last night and today I feel like a new person. Shannon has the ability to trace where your pain is coming from and gently ease it out of you. I love that I can have a really effective massage without getting beat up and leaving in more pain. I recommend you see her routinely. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend Frequency Massage. Shannon is a very skilled massage therapist, and very personable to talk to. I don't want a massage that will leave me feeling beat up. She is great at communicating and making sure the pressure is what you want. My favorite part of the massage is when she does my feet at the end. I swear that when I stand up afterwards, more of my foot touches the floor than usual, because my foot muscles are so relaxed, they spread out. Sounds weird, but it feels amazing! I also really like the ambiance of her studio. You should definitely give her a try.

I have had a LOT of massages, from various therapists, and Shannon at Frequency Massage is my favorite! She knows the body very well, and can pinpoint trouble areas, plus she gives an excellent overall massage. She has a lovely personality as well!!
