After a nation-wide service provider re-scheduled my cleaning project 3 times on the very mornings of the cleanings I called Schaefer and Pete answered the phone. He agreed to look at my project that same day and gave me a quote. Due to the previous re-scheduling I was under a time crunch. I would highly recommend the Schaefer’s for whatever cleaning you need. Whether it’s deep cleaning carpets or upholstery or overall janitorial type cleaning, they do a great job. I have used them for years. They are punctual, work hard, and have an eye for detail. They are good communicators and have great customer service.

Fantastic customer service and cleaning! They were professional, expedient, and punctual. The communication was seamless and there was nothing unexpected in the process. We could not get the odor and filth removed from the carpet ourselves even with multiple attempts with a carpet cleaner. Schaefer was able to not only remove the odor, but restored some of the carpet color that was lost from years of embedded grime. We expected to have to replace the carpet, but now we have many more years of use. I highly recommend them for their quality and friendliness.
