Great care always for dogs and animals. The staff are caring. Doctor explains everything so people understand easily. They are upfront on what’s needed and give good Price. Best staff take good care of fur babies, kittens and boys. They talk to you about everything you need to know. People recommend them to any fur parents. My fur babies are the boys.
Truly lovely folks! Our pup was a little unwell on our drive from Chicago to Des Moines and the very kind staff here fit us in at a moment’s notice. Dr. Berger is a gem - he took great care of our gal, and had her totally at ease 🐾
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Walcott Family Pet Clinic. Dr. Berger was truly amazing from start to finish. He took the time to answer every single one of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. His kindness and compassion were so genuine, and our pups absolutely adored him—especially because he showered them with treats!
What really stood out was how involved he let us be in the process. He even let us look inside our pups’ ears and eyes so we could see exactly what was going on. That level of transparency and care is rare, and it meant so much to us.

Exceptional place. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. They knew who we were. They took care of my dog like she was their own.
