I recently had to bring my special fur-baby, Micha to see the vet. Our experience was phenomenal. From the vet tech meeting us at the door, to her assisting us back to our car, everyone was extremely helpful and caring. They treated Micha as if he were their own and me with great respect. Big Kudos to Dr. Rouch & Staff. I will definitely refer family and friends to you.
♿ My only suggestion would be to have a more accessible entrance. The entrance to the building has an 8" step, the door is quite heavy and does not have an easy access button. Otherwise,⭐⭐⭐⭐
Been using them for 9 years. Prices are much better and more affordable than the larger vets in the city. Definitely a great small town vet and they are always so sweet and loving to our animals.
Had a great experience here with my dog Chance. He had a hurt leg and was limping on it for a while. All of the other vets we called were fully booked and had no opening for another 2 weeks or more. They allowed Chance to come in quick. We found out it was close to an acl tear. They said it could take 2 to 3 months to heal. They were also awesome with his protective and nervous nature. They answered all of our questions and took great care of him. He was on 2 pain medication every day, but after a month he is down to one because he has stopped limping. He is now much happier. Thank you very much with helping us found out what was wrong with Chance!
