Polite and professional staff, overpriced for this old, unclean property that hasn't been updated in decades. Lobby had several leaks from storm, heavy smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, uses diapers thrown into the corner of the hallway that was still there 16 hours later, etc. Room charge was equivalent to staying at a 3-3.5 star hotel when this hotel is more like a 1 star rating in my opinion. My hotel room faced the back, several stacks if old chaise chairs rusting with the wooden privacy fences around the trash bins rotting and falling onto the lot.
