People give this place 1-star because when their service goes out in their apartment they do not what goes in to fixing the service. Chances are, they've spent all day at home and have no respect for working people. So they leave 1-star reviews because, though they dont know how the cable works, it should be fixed immediately.
I'll be honest, when Vision Systems was first integrated into my apartment complex, it was pretty brutal. There were tons of issues that occurred monthly, weekly at times even. If we fast forward to the present, there haven't been many issues lately! However, I'm going to give Vision Systems four stars solely on the fact that their response time is much faster than any of the options available to me. On top of that, one of their techs, Bradly, is very knowledgeable when it comes to many scenarios. He's definitely helped with, and resolved, many issues that have risen in the past. I hope his expertise stays known within the company.
We had some issues when we first got the service but that was quickly resolved. I appreciate when there is an issue/outage there is a recording when you call letting you know what's going on.
