I'll be honest, when Vision Systems was first integrated into my apartment complex, it was pretty brutal. There were tons of issues that occurred monthly, weekly at times even. If we fast forward to the present, there haven't been many issues lately! However, I'm going to give Vision Systems four stars solely on the fact that their response time is much faster than any of the options available to me. On top of that, one of their techs, Bradly, is very knowledgeable when it comes to many scenarios. He's definitely helped with, and resolved, many issues that have risen in the past. I hope his expertise stays known within the company.
We had some issues when we first got the service but that was quickly resolved. I appreciate when there is an issue/outage there is a recording when you call letting you know what's going on.
Bradley with Vision Systems is absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, knowledgeable and set me up to be able to work perfectly from home with his advice and expertise. Also vision systems is easy to work with, easy to get ahold of and send service techs out rather quickly. If you have vision systems and happen to have issues, give them a call and hopefully Bradley is sent out!
