The doctor was very helpful to help me find a pair of glasses that helped frame my face so I didn't have to stare at the wall for hours and try on every pair and be stressed on making a decision. ?Had a very cute selection of glasses and the doctor was very knowledgeable and seems very experienced in his profession.

The doctor is great, the receptionist is very friendly but the lady who was working as the optician was so off putting. I felt so uncomfortable sitting in front of her. She made it known that they were closing soon and i felt like I was an inconvenience to her.

Dr. Shenouda is simply THE BEST! I wasn't a customer, I was a patient who was cared for. My entire experience was wonderful and I have been recommending him to all of my friends. First class service from a caring heart.
