Allison's specialty is sports massage, which is exactly what I was looking for! Allison is very knowledgeable & thorough.(Not where I would go for a general, relaxing massage nor for a spa experience. There are many others in the city that offer that.)

I recently had the pleasure of receiving two absolutely amazing massages from Allison! The experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend this masseuse to anyone looking for a wonderful massage experience.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the masseuse was extremely professional and attentive. Really enjoyed my massage from Allison. She is very knowledgeable and was attentive to what she found during our session and used different techniques that would suite my problem areas best. I was able to find relief from a lingering migraine soon afterward. Looking forward to returning soon!

I focus on the areas of Orthopedic and Sports massage, but my techniques help a wide range of individuals. My massage style is targeted and unique to each individual, because no two bodies are the same. I believe that pain is there for a reason, and it's my job to figure out what it is trying to say. The pain isn't always where the problem is, which is why my approach won't only focus on the area of pain. I also look beyond the areas of pain, in order to identify where a problem may have originated. I use a variety of techniques to achieve results and combine my knowledge as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage therapist to create the best outcomes for my clients.
