Having moved to Iowa in December 2017, this gym was recommended to me by many combat sport athletes in the area as the best place to go for striking instruction. The place does not disappoint and exceeds expectations. Pete is super friendly owner/instructor with a wealth of knowledge and with zero ego. Class structure is a mix of bag work and partner work. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to learn striking

I take my 6 year old daughter to classes twice a week. I looked all over Des Moines for the right group and I can say that RoundKick is the best. One of the things I love the most is there desire to teach the kids self confidence as well as martial arts.

The instruction was top notch. Pete was patient with mine and other people's toddlers while teaching them in a fun way. They also encourage confidence and self worth. This gym is an investment for your children. As soon as my son got done with class, he was asking about going back again. When my daughter is of age, she will be joining too. You will not regret bringing your child to this gym.
