The installation crew and security consultant were friendly, professional, and helpful. We’ve had the system for a few weeks and it’s easy to use. We had a few hiccups during installation but overall we are happy with the system.
Jon and Eli came out to save the day! We were in a bind with our camera systems down for a whole side of the building. They were able to come out on short notice, worked through our issue from endpoint to server and took the time and patience to walk us through things.
