Customers are satisfied with the work and material used. Alexandro was amazing, going through step by step where mice could be coming in and nesting. He was very professional and personable. Tyler explained exactly what he would be doing for properties. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and customers learned a lot. Tyler covered everything from top to bottom, inside to outside, and was very professional.
They were fast to come help with my bat issue! Very knowledgeable about bats and we’re able to remedy/rehome those little attic dwellers!
we paid over $12,000 to have bat droppings and old insulation removed along with leaf guard, having house sealed and bat guard over ridge vent on roof and blow in new insulation. They brought in a very big dumpster to put all insulation in and only 1 small item was in dumpster I watched everything they did one guy brought down 1 bag of old insulation and that was it. They didn't remove all old insulation with bat droppings like quoted. they blew new insulation over the old then when they put leaf guard up they never cleaned the gutters out before installing and I have sections of leaf guard coming off already along with down pours of rain that doesn't even flow down the downspout because of not cleaning gutters first.They didn't seal house properly I have a wasp infestation that's apparently in my bathroom wall and constantly are getting into my bathroom every day they were supposed to take care of this problem they sent 2 other guys out to look at it the last guy was telling me they could spray the outside of my house but that would cost me another $279 to $299 . I'm sorry but all this should be under warranty I should not have to pay anymore money. I was also told the guy that did all the work no longer works for the company because they are having to go to previous customers and fix his screw ups. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone because they have not honored the work they messed up on. I'm tired of fighting the wasp. Thinking about getting an attorney involved because of the shady work that was done and still have insulation with bat droppings In my attic and crawl space.They make things sound really good when they give you a quote and get you signed into a contract and when they get your money it's like they dissappear after the works done. then trying to call someone with all the problems is a nightmare because you get transferred to several different people or get told they will call you back and follow up and they don't.
