I called at noon because my water heater was leaking out of the bottom (it was old and needed replaced), at 320 the plumber (Austin) had my new water heater installed and was gone. It was a quicker job than most emergency situations I've dealt with plumbing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend enough!

Our water heater pilot light was out and we could not get it lit. Our warrantee just expired. The lady who answered the phone at Herr was kind and professional, and they were able to get someone out today. The technician that came out was knowledgeable, very informative about his troubleshooting steps and estimated costs, and acquired and installed the necessary part today. I highly recommend Herr Plumbing!!

Amazing family oriented business. I had great service today from the technician. The customer service was outstanding from my first call to payment. Quick and reasonable charges. They even were able to fix a second toilet I found had an issue after scheduling the call. Please do not do what I did to keep them on schedule and tell them every item up front. I was lucky they were able to squeeze that in. Such great service. They even called dispatch to let them know and get approval so other customers would be aware of any delays.
