Herr Plumbing is a family-oriented business known for its exceptional customer service and efficient work. When customers face plumbing issues, their knowledgeable technicians, like Austin and Eli, are quick to respond and explain troubleshooting steps. Herr Plumbing can handle additional repairs discovered during the visit, ensuring transparency and providing a great experience. They operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's best to inform them of all necessary repairs upfront. Although they charge a 2% credit card fee, their quick and reasonable rates make them a popular choice. Customers appreciate the kindness, fairness, and excellent knowledge of the tradesmen. Herr Plumbing is highly recommended for toilet repair, faucet replacements, and other plumbing needs. Many customers have noted their professionalism, good communication, and willingness to tackle more challenging problems, often saving them from costly replacements.
Exceptional service all around. This should be your local choice.
They are prompt, courteous, gave good advice on what needs to be done for at least two problems, zero attempt at upcharging, work was done on time and quickly. Very reasonably priced. What more could one ask for??
I don’t write many reviews, but was super impressed with Vic with Hers plumbing, who replaced 2 bath tub and shower faucets/shower heads and handles, along with an additional shower head and sink facets. Number has been saved for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
I've had great service and communication with Herr Plumbing. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to call them for all of my plumbing needs. Peggy & Micah are the best!
