Kristen, she has cut my hair for years. She’s awesome. I am pretty sure that’s what her name is. Her station is the first one on the right when you go in to Great Clips she never changes stations. I think she’s a supervisor or a lead or some kind of a management she is awesome. You guys are fortunate to have her.!!!!

I have been getting my haircuts at the Plum Grove location in Urbandale for the last nine years. I have been completely satisfied with their service and with my haircuts. I love going to this location in general. Donna is a wonderful person to talk too, I have known her for years and she has done a great job for my family for the past 30 years. I would trust her to cut any of my children's hair and my own. Thanks again Donna!
